The Wayout, a leading Egyptian company in the Wi-Fi business in Egypt and the middle east, will be sold for 131 million dollars to some English investors! The English investors will open a company in London under the name of Morgan with $300 million capital especially for this deal. The Wayout will move to smart village with the increase in the employees to 600! I think this news is official, as it is written in AL-Ahram newspaper today Sunday, August 20, 2006.
