This website http://www.aspneticons.com is offering more than 300 free nice icons, which can be used in many web applications.



Although they are offering the icons in 16x16 GIF format, but still I can see it somehow useful!
I think they made this website for publicity reasons ONLY, because icons on the internet are sold out in PNG transparent format, with different dimensions. And they made a 2 pages website to give you this 300 small icons for free. It is a good way to make your company well known.

Its like an AD which costs them less than $50, very clever :)
Also http://www.famfamfam.com/lab/icons/silk/preview.php are offering very nice 1000 icon!
