Our Second Favorite Organ (How It Works)

What is your second favorite Organ ;) ?

In my case it is Human Brain, the manager of everything in the human body, even the first favorite organ, so I think it is a good thing to know how it works.

Neural Networks is a science that deals with this problem, how the human brain works and how we can simulate this in a machine or software.

I made a demo on this today in SilverKey Egypt demo day, so I attached two different versions of the demo in this post  a pptx version (Power Point 2007 beta) and a PDF version.

it reminds me with the AS (Artificial Stupidity) lectures that we used to attend in univ. :P so now i really know what NN really means (as i thought it stands for "No Need" :P)
altho the stuff is a little bit rusty but it's good to know anyway but actually i think a presentaion is not really good enough to cover such a vast subject so i'm looking forward to a detailed article ;)
so now i really wonder what is our 1st favorite organ? :P may i take a wild guess? :D
